1. What inspired you to get into this industry?
Many aspects of it caught my attention from an early age. Growing up in two different parts of the world raised my awareness, my desire to reach out and connect with people. I truly enjoy being able to creatively collaborate with others who are like minded or have a completely different mindset. Also the different business aspects of the industry that are always changing and there's always so much to learn from. And it also helps/helped keep me motivated mentally and physically .
2. How long have you been modeling?
I first tried it and became familiar with it when I was 14, however I was was not able to do as much then because I was not able to go to castings on my own and my parents weren't able to take me because of their work, we lived in a small town, however in my 20's I was able to pursue it professionally.
3. Who is your favorite model?
There are so many favorites on my list, and so many great names out there. I would start by naming Gisele, Kate moss, Cindy Crawford, Naomi... These names come to mind first because I love that they became such huge icons for this creative industry, and turned their creative passions and ambitions into different types of businesses opportunities as time went on. Of course there are so many beautiful and unique models out there who work in many departments such as fashion, fitness, lifestyle, commercial and so on... My favorite ones are always the ones who are able to combine a mix of it and have the focus and commitment to keep working on different things as time passes.
4. Tell us something random about yourself.
I'm becoming more familiar with yoga training and I have an child like playful personality . I know that I have grown a lot as a person and my self awareness and intelligence clearly has improved over time, however I still feel there are lot of times that I'm a big kid. I can often be the quiet one and be reserved depending on the situation, but at other times be super playful and still innocent/naive about many things, so I definitely have kept child side over the years. Also I love learning new words and languages. I know 3 languages, but it would great if I knew more.
5. What are you most proud of?
I'm proud that i signed up to take a yoga training (even though it's been way more challenging than I expected) but also mostly that I decided to live in Spain for almost 6 months in 2015. I also went to 4 European countries by myself on my way to Spain, and even thou it would have been amazing to do that with a special person or friends, I was still super excited I took the time to experience that on my own already. I feel like I crossed something off the bucket list, haha. Plus I have a few family members in Spain and I wanted to spend time with them and get to know them better. I have many special memories from that and I'll cherish that forever :)
6. When it's all said and done, what do you want to be remembered as?
That's a deep question! Some things that come to mind first would be the love and passion I have for life throughout good or bad times, versatility, unique fun humor, creative mind and at times child like personality. Many philosophers have said this and I believe we all are unique beings and we all have our own gifts and abilities, I like to have fun, be open minded, light hearted and enjoy life, but I try to and like to think deep about life at times. It seems to me sometimes a lot of great moments come from how we choose to use our strengths to connect and get happier results in life, and also "how we can try to put ourselves in other people's shoes". I feel we all have lots we can learn from each in our life time, in fun ways or more meaningful ways too. And I would like to be remembered for all these mixed and unique loving parts I mentioned above that make me who I am, and also this desire to connect with others from all backgrounds and see life from their perspective. I hope it's not weird to say, but I feel that even though we all individuals, we all share a deeper connection throughout our existence and the world we can create for ourselves and others.
